Large parts of China's Henan province were flooded with chest-deep water after witnessing heaviest rain in 1,000 years, according to weather officials. At least 25 people have died and around 1 lakh people have been evacuated in its capital Zhengzhou, where rail and road transport have been disrupted, officials said. Videos of people stuck in metro rails have also surfaced.
