While it is possible the equipment belonged to Afghan security personnel who dropped their kit and tried to escape the oncoming Taliban offensive, the uniformity of the shelves, well-maintained weapons, and plethora of swag stickers suggest this equipment belonged to some sort of Western-operated security firm who had no choice but the dump their equipment as their time came to evacuate. I wonder if the DOD will be compensating defense contractors for lost equipment...
