Hello my friends. I thought I would come back and show you how I preserve the cherry tomatoes that I was roasting in the oven. I am using a half pint size jar. I just filled it on up, after eating a few and then poured olive oil over the top. I then wiped the rim off and just store them in the refrigerator. Pull them out in advance and use them on pizzas 🍕 or on top of your bread, or spaghetti 🍝 the uses are endless. Just remember if you take a few out re top it off with olive oil. The tomatoes must be below the oil in order for it to stay good in your fridge for months. I hope you enjoyed this video today.
