A&Z #978 - Randy Santel vs Javi's Favorite Mexican Foods Challenge w/ Lengua and Birria Tacos at Javi's Tacos Lakeside Plaza in West Omaha, Nebraska!! A few weeks after finishing my 2-month Florida Tour with @Katina Eats Kilos, I started a Midwest USA Food Challenge Tour. For event #7, I stayed in West Omaha, Nebraska so I could attempt and help kick off the new Javi's Favorite Mexican Foods Challenge at the Lakeside Plaza location of Javi's Tacos Omaha which was so delicious!! The original location is located nearby in Welch Plaza. Both locations now offer this challenge. My friend "Eager" Ethan Teske attempted the challenge with me, and we each had 1 hour to finish a massive platter of the most popular (best selling) Mexican food items on Javi's Tacos' menu. There was a cheesy lengua quesadilla with beef cow tongue. There was a basket of 3 tasty Birria Tacos served with 10oz of Mexican Cilantro Rice. There was a shrimp taco, some steak street tacos, and a few of Javi's Tacos made with juicy pork al pastor. The toughest was also super delicious - a 2lb chorizo breakfast burrito filled with spicy chorizo sausage, hash brown potatoes, eggs, cheese, and more. The platter came with chips and queso, and we were each trying to win our $65 Mexican food meals free plus sweet t-shirts and the first spots on Javi's Wall of Fame. BIG thanks to Javier, Rory, and everyone with Javi's Tacos for the wonderful food, drinks, and hospitality!! Special thanks also to all the amazing people who came that evening to watch and meet us!! I appreciate everyone in West Omaha, Nebraska and all around Nebraska who watches videos & supports our hard efforts!! There are many more videos upcoming!!

- Javi's Tacos has 2 locations in West Omaha, Nebraska - Welch Plaza and Lakeside Plaza.
- Javier Trujillo Villa brings 21 years of restaurant experience and his authentic Mexican touch to the Omaha, NE area. The Javi’s Tacos Team opened their doors on August 18th, 2020 & appreciate all the local support! Join them for breakfast, lunch, or dinner at either location.
- This food challenge features all of Javi's favorite (most popular) menu items, weighing over 6lbs!!
- There is a 2lb breakfast burrito with your choice of meat filled with potatoes, eggs, and cheese.
- There is a Birria Taco basket with 3 tasty Birria Tacos plus about 10oz of Mexican Cilantro Rice.
- There is a cheesy quesadilla filled with your choice of meat. We both ordered ours with lengua.
- There is a shrimp taco plus a few steak street tacos along with Javi's Tacos with pork al pastor.
- The challenge platter includes chips & queso and there is a 1 hour time limit to finish everything.
- Winners receive the $65 Mexican food meal free plus a sweet t-shirt or hat and Wall of Fame.
