Question: Can Tesla Model 3 headrests be removed?
Answer: Yes, but always drive with them fitted!
Follow up question: Why would you want to do that though?
Answer: You may want to remove one temporarily so you can fit a coat/bag hook or camera mount, or maybe do some cleaning or search for an ear ring which fell off and you think might be in the space between the headrest and the seat. Yes, I know it's unlikely, but you never know.
