In Canada particularly, BTS (a South Korean, kpop boy band) is still quite unknown in the music industry. With the recent releases of their 3 all-English songs they are gaining more traction among North American music fans and honestly ABOUT TIME. My sister and I show my best friend and her little sister a few of the group's live performances after they garnered interest in them the past few months.
I didn't become a BTS fan until I came back from my semester in Korea and holy guacamole, their music range is insane. I'm sure if you actually take the time to look into their discography, you'll find something you like. Hip-hop, rap, EDM, ballads, emo rock, funk, disco, synth-pop.
Keep on the lookout for future videos of them showing us One Direction PLUS more videos of us getting to know each of the bands a little more.
