This one I feel is so niche and pretty self explanatory such that if ya know,

You the innocent party, have the right to your data, your intellectual privacy, your spiritual identity and your personal and energetic assets. Decreeing this right and standing on it, over and over if you have to, is essential if you have been either casually or forcibly "too open."
Boundary defining work is our friend. I would strongly advise all of us to continually work to become ever more defined in our own personal definitions.
Warning, as with all forms of stalking abuse (NPD abuse related) the typical irl response to your shift in boundaries and or taking the appropriate energetic and physical steps to test what has happened and reinstate your intellectual property/energy/assets there *may* be an attempt to invalidate you, your sanity, your sense of correct understanding and the all the audiences perspective as to your trustworthiness or soundness of mind.
