
* Heat the pan.
* Add 1 cup of sooji.
* Dry roast it for few minutes.
* Keep the flame in between medium to low.
* Now, add 1 teaspoon of desighee.
* Mix it well.
* Transfer it to plate.
* Spread the mixture on a plate to cool completely.
* Now, again heat the pan.
* Add 2 cup of milk.
* Boil it.
* Add pinch of eliachi powder.
* Add 7 to 8 drops of vanilla essence.
* 3 teaspoon of milk powder.
* Add half cup of grind sugar to avoid the lumps.
* Now, mix it well.
* Now, add your sooji mixture.
* Boil it on a medium flame.
* Again, mix it well.
* Now, add few leaves of kesar.
* Mix it well.
* Stir it continously in one direction.
* Now, leave the mixture to cool.
* Now, take a modak mould.
* You can easily purchase the mould on Amazon.
* Now, press down the dough to the sides of the mould, making space in the centre.
* And fill the space with dry fruits.
* Cover the mould with more mattar.
* And, now take out the modak.
* For more modak, repeat the same process.
* Now your delicious modaks are ready.
* For choclate flavour, you can also add the choclate syrup before serving.
