The 40's weekend at, Holt, Weybourne and Sheringham is always pretty wonderful.
Donning my Grandad's Home Guard rank and joining the Lincolnshire Regiment for a few hours King and country work, I set off in my friend Eric's 1944 Willys jeep. 7am somewhat foggy on the little road to Holt Station some 20 miles away.
Trains, planes and automobiles what could be better. Plus singers dancers and a host of military hardware. Alongside stalls beer tents and stuff to please everyone.
