How to preheat the melt probe for measuring the melt temperature for Injection Molding of Plastics

Melt Probes are usually preheated with a flame torch or by keeping the tip on the barrel heater of the machine. The flame torch can damage the tip and sometimes can even be dangerous if not used carefully. This video shows a simple method to preheat the tip. (Idea was conceived by my friend Biff.
