if you think home style dal tadka, this will differ from restaurant-style. This video makes you do restaurant style Dal Tadka in tasty and punchy even though it is a quick dish. We will see it in a different & tasty way. We can eat the Dal Tadka with chapati and a variety of rice like Jeera pulao or veg pulao. We can have this with nonbread in addition to strong gravy. It gives variety as a dish and healthy too. Dal is Protein rich even though it is a regular dish, today we have done it in a different way and you must try it at home
Ingredients for Dal Tadka
1 Moongdal 1 cup
2 Toor dal 1/4 cup
3 Masoor dal 1/4 cup
4 Cooking oil
5 Dry red chilli 3 no
6 Cumin seeds 1tbsp
7 Garlic 2 tbsp
8 Onion 2 Medium size
9 Tomato 2 Medium size
10 Green chilli 3to 4 nos
11 Turmeric powder 1 tbs
12 Chilli powder 1/4Tsp
13 Salt To taste
14 Coriender chop Few
15 Ghee 2 Tbs
