Prime Time With Ravish Kumar: Petrol Prices Up-Up And Away, Acute Shortage Of Fertilizers

Prime Time With Ravish Kumar - October 29, 2021: According to a survey conducted by Nielsen in 2014, two-wheelers consume over 60 per cent of the petrol sold in the country. However, Uttar Pradesh state minister Upendra Tiwari said '95 per cent of Indians do not need petrol at all and only a handful use four-wheelers'. Fuel prices continued to surge to record high levels on Friday for the third straight day. Meanwhile, a shortage of fertilisers like Di-ammonium phosphate (DAP) has hit farmers across Madhya Pradesh. A farmer named Dhanpal Yadav died allegedly after taking poison after failing to get fertilizer for his failing crop. All this on Prime Time With Ravish Kumar.
