We want you to have strong cases. The best way to do that is to ensure that you don't lose any evidence during suppression. Most cops get their evidence suppressed because they don't know when to read a subject their Miranda rights. For example, if you are in a vehicle stop and have found contraband inside the vehicle, and you will ask questions about the contraband, you should read Miranda. Miranda attaches when a subject is not free to leave, and you are interrogating them about the crime. If you start to ask questions about the drugs you found inside the car and don't read Miranda, your case will be dismissed.
