This department gets a taste of their own medicine!

Welcome back to the San Joaquin Junior channel. On this channel we discuss Police accountability and knowledge of your constitutional rights. Today’s video is a first amendment audit, and takes place in Lee County Florida. I must say the approach this man takes conducting this audit is terrific. The premise of this video and what I’m about to show you, is this individual attempts to record the process of him trying to get a records request from the department. He is met with alot of questions and eventually is not afforded the opportunity to look at the public records that the department has there. The deputies involved make the process very difficult and refuse to grant him his records request. And it all gets captured on camera, ladies and gentlemen here is your video.
