This is reportedly America’s largest tiny home community, and it will be housing people in need. 224 people who previously didn’t have a place to sleep will soon move into their own tiny homes in Highland Park, California. Outreach teams went into the community to sign up unhoused people for move-in day, November 2nd. The tiny homes measure eight feet by eight feet, and have heating, cooling and electricity. Each tiny home reportedly cost the city about $8,000, including set-up and delivery.
