Breakfast: Cucumber Matcha Protein Smoothie - 1 cup cashew milk, 1 cup water, ice, 1/3 frozen banana, 1 serving protein powder such as Be Well By Kelly Protein (https://amzn.to/2YMN60c), 1/2 avocado, 1/4 cup chopped cucumber, 1/4 cup frozen spinach, 1/2 tsp matcha powder. Blend all ingredients and enjoy!
Daily probiotic: 1 tbsp raw sauerkraut
Lunch: Mushroom & red onion 3 egg omelet, smoked salmon, leftover roast potatoes, leftover green beans
Dinner: Chicken Sausage, Mushroom, Gnocchi Skillet -
Add 1 tbsp ghee to sauté pan on medium heat. Add 1/2 diced onion, 4 oz chopped mushrooms, 1 tsp minced garlic, 1 tsp dry Italian seasoning and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Add 1/4 cup chicken broth, frozen cauliflower gnocchi, and frozen chicken sausage (such as Applegate no sugar chicken & herb sausage). Cover and cook an additional 6-8 minutes or until heated through and most of the water has evaporated. Add 2 cups fresh baby spinach and toss to combine. Add a pinch of red pepper flakes (optional). Turn off the heat and serve.
Dessert: Two medjool dates with 1 tbsp unsweetened almond butter
