So who's ready to go on this brand new adventure of remodeling a 1930's craftsman style bungalow with me?! I'm sure you're all wondering "why Hot Springs, Arkansas?"...well it's closer to my mom, and I've loved this area my whole life. The market is a buyers market here right now, so I swooped in as soon as I could to start renovating not just this house, but more houses in the area. I've always wanted to restore homes to their original charm and glory, so even though this is extremely stressful...it's a dream come true, and I can't WAIT to bring you all along with me:)
