Mandatory Malpractice Arbitration Act dumbs down medical care on Guam and puts us all at risk.
One glaring problem is that doctors who cant work in other places due to having histories of Medical negligence are attracted to Guam. On Guam they don't even have to pay for Malpractice insurance.
At today's (11.23.21) meeting another doctor with a multiple history of malpractice was licensed by the Guam Board of Medical Examiners to put the people on Guam again at risk for medical negligence.
One percent of doctors commit 32 percent of all medical malpractice. It's a repeat performance serial event. The Guam Board of Medical Examiners has again licensed the one percent as they so often do with doctors who may not be able to work anywhere else.
