না, এটি কোন পাঁচমিশেলি রান্না নয়। আমাদের রান্নাঘরে আবিষ্কৃতও নয়। এই রান্নার হদিশ পাওয়া যায় একশো বছরেরও আগে লিখিত রূপে। কে কবেই বা ভেবেছিল যে প্রবাদপ্রতিম রসগোল্লা দিয়ে এমন অপরূপ রান্নাও করা যায়? বিপ্রদাস মুখাপাধ্যায়ের কাছে চিরকৃতজ্ঞ থাকবো তাঁর ‘পাক প্রণালী’ বইটিতে এ রান্নার কথা লিখে রাখার জন্য। বইটির পাতা ওল্টাতে গিয়ে এ রান্নায় তৎক্ষণাৎ চোখ আটকে যায়, আর তাই এ পদটি আপনাদের সামনে পরিবেশনার লোভ সামলাতে পারিনি। একটিবার রান্না করে চেখে দেখুন। মনে থেকে যাবে সারাটি জীবন।
