About the author: Manisha Nagrath also lovingly known as Misha, resides in New Delhi, India. She is an Appearance, fashion coach and soft skill trainer who believes in personifying the best in everything. Similar to a rollercoaster, her journey shifted from being a full-time mother for 15 years to building herself for the second innings of her life.
