In this video I have discussed about the change in our diet in last 100 Years.

1992 usda food pyramid suggested fat as bad and carbs as good in 2010 guidelines for American usda and advised us to restrict our saturated fat intake to less than 7%
French have greater than 40% calories from fat of which more than 15% are saturated fats
In the past 100 years
535% increase in vegetable oil intake
1150% increase in sugar intake
83% decrease in saturated fat intake
200%increase in chicken intake
30% decrease in red meat

After 100 years of these, we should advise about more natural resources in our diet & whole nutrition. Good high protein with less carbs in your whole diet. So that we can stay healthy lifelong.
