"Early to bed early to rise makes a man healthy wealthy and wise"
"Rising early in the morning is the key to productivity and success"
There is no doubt that most of us have heard these famous quotes. However, are these quotes true? Getting up at 5AM each morning will make us happier and healthier. For some, early mornings are a drag. Let's face it, there will always be days when you want to pull the covers over your head for an extra five minutes, especially if it's still dark outside. In fact, getting up earlier benefits both your mind and your body. It is a proven fact that many successful people can vouch for. But only a few people win the battle with bed every morning. Each of us has an equal chance of achieving this winning edge. When you realize this, you can't avoid adopting this lifestyle into your daily routine. The most challenging part however, is convincing yourself, and then setting yourself into a routine of getting up early every morning. In this motivational video, Dr Mary Matilda highlights six reasons for getting up early in the morning.
