CT-5385 "Tup" of the 501st Legion, Who Prematurely Executed Order 66

When this member of the 501st legion executed his Jedi General in the Battle of Ringo Vinda, it nearly unraveled the Sith’s plans.

With the original designation of CT-5385, Clone Trooper Tup served under Captain Rex on his first deployment to Umbara wearing Phase II armor with teardrops on his helmet and both shoulders which matched the teardrop tattoo under his right eye.

As a rookie, he grew close with ARC Trooper Fives and was one of six troopers who intentionally missed during the execution of Fives and Jesse. He would later stun the Fallen Jedi Pong Krell after realizing Krell was responsible for setting up the friendly fire with the 212th.

After his inhibitor chip malfunctioned causing him to shoot Jedi General Tiplar, he was sent to Kamino with Fives desperate to discover the cause of his friend’s condition. Jedi Master Shaak Ti believed it to be a virus that ailed Tup, but the Kaminoans knew it was a faulty chip.

Though Tup tragically died after the removal of his chip, his sacrifice created a trail that led future clones to willingly remove their inhibitor chip
