Rahul Gandhi in Srinagar, his first visit to Valley since govt’s Article 370 move
Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is on a two-day trip to Srinagar in Jammu and Kashmir. This is his first visit to the Valley since the Centre revoked the region's special status and statehood.
Congress leader Rahul Gandhi reached Srinagar on Monday. He will spend two days in the union territory of Jammu and Kashmir before returning to Delhi.
On Monday evening, Rahul Gandhi will attend Ghulam Ahmad Mir's son's wedding in Srinagar. Ghulam Ahmad Mir is the president of Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee.
