आज की कहानी:
कुछ साल पहले अनुराग ने अपने एक विभाग के सचिव की insult की सबके सामने, नतीजा ये हुआ कि उसने job से resign कर दिया और अनुराग के ही प्रतिद्वंद्वी को join कर लिया, उसका व्यापार अच्छा चलने लगा, और फिर यही गलती अनुराग से होने वाली थी एक और सचिव के साथ परंतु अबकि बार अनुराग ने दिमाग़ का सहारा लिया और न केवल बात बन गयी बल्कि काम अच्छा हुआ

सबक़:
जब भी तारीफ़ करो कर्मचारी की तो सबके सामने करो और निंदा करो तो अकेले में करो।

Whenever you praise the employee, do it in front of everyone and if you criticize, do it in private.
